Horace Christian,Jr. – “Co-Creator/Writer”

Horace Christian, Jr., also known as “H.C.” is the Co-Creator of “Dex Davis: Child of God!” and the Vice-President of TGKS Records…a small independent record label in Los Angeles that produces anointed gospel music for children.  He prefers to call himself the “Co-Creator” of the series because “…there’s only One Creator, and His name is Jesus Christ.  I’m just a servant that the Lord used to push the buttons and draw the pictures”. In addition to being the animator on the project, he’s also the voice behind the characters of Dex, Jimmy, and Mr. Slater. With NO previous experience as animators, Horace and his “brother & sister-in-the-Lord” Lamar & Sandra Johnson are living testimonies of Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.”

Lamar Johnson – “Co-Writer/Songwriter”

Elder Lamar Johnson (President of TGKS Records) is truly a "Child of the King" that Jesus has specially blessed as a songwriter, vocalist, and all-around praiser and worshipper of God.  He believes that, now more than ever, children need to hear more gospel music that focuses on the issues in their lives.  His own personal testimony of being abused as a child and being raised without a father has driven him to write and produce Christian children’s music that will heal the broken lives of children all over the world.   Elder Johnson, who also has NO previous experience in animation, serves as the “character voice-over coach” and co-writer of “Dex Davis: Child of God!”

Sandra Johnson – “Voice Actress”

God has given Lamar's wife, Sandra, the unique gift of voice acting.  She performs the voices of "Kisha" and "Dex's Mom" in “Dex Davis: Child of God!  You can also catch her doing voices on a few skits on the upcoming CD, "Sing Unto The Lord A New Song! Volume 2...My God is Big, Big, Big!" by Gospo & The Kids!
